Non-alcoholic cocktails have come a long way from soda water and a lime -- and no one knows that better than Lynnette Marrero.
As Liquid Creative Director at Aplós, Lynnette has been at the forefront of the functional beverage movement, exploring how adaptogens, botanicals, and other functional ingredients can create drinks that are as intentional and complex as their spirit-forward counterparts. In this session, she'll dig into what functional ingredients actually are, how they interact with flavor, and how bartenders can start incorporating them into their NA programs in a way that feels thoughtful, not gimmicky.
Why You Should Attend
Get a working understanding of functional ingredients and how they behave in a cocktail context
Learn how to build NA drinks with the same intention and complexity as your best cocktails
Walk away with a framework for developing a NA program your guests will actually get excited about
