Kasey Ramirez is the California Brand Ambassador for Lo-Fi Aperitifs. A San Francisco native who built her hospitality career in San Diego's cocktail scene. Her years behind the bar sparked a passion for helping bartenders deepen their understanding of vermouth and aperitifs. Today, she focuses on trade education, and creative programming that highlights the versatility of the category through seminars, tastings, and hands-on experience.

Chris Chamberlain is an award-winning Mixologist representing the Spirit of Gallo portfolio delivering training, education, cocktail/menu consultation, and strategic support to the national marketplace. A committed educator and lifelong learning, Chris holds numerous beverage certifications and is a B.A.R. Ready graduate of the Beverage Alcohol Resource program.
With 3 decades of industry experience, Chris began his career in trade hospitality, later transitioning from behind the bar to a decade of leadership with the Charmer Sunbelt Group including the role of Beverage Development Specialist. Acting as the subject matter expert for all things beverage across the distributor network, he led the design and implementation of beverage programs spanning both the on premise and retail channels. He played a vital role in the development, activation, and judging of many prestigious supplier-driven cocktail competitions throughout the Northeastern corridor.
Chris’s work has earned multiple industry accolades, including several honors in the WSWA ‘Call for Cocktails’ competitions, and a victory in the 2013 ‘Iron Mixologist’ contest. He has also served as one of the esteemed judges in the world-renowned San Francisco World Spirits Competition and has been featured in wide range of trade & media publications. A former council lead and active member of the USBG for more than 15yrs, he has expanded his efforts to advance education within the trade through various philanthropic initiatives.
