🎤 Mix & Mic Drop: The Ultimate Barroom Battle

Where Mixology Meets the Main Stage

Forget everything you know about quiet, refined cocktail competitions. Mix & Mic Drop is a high-voltage collision of liquid craft and vocal courage. We’re taking over our massive new home at Pacific Place to find out: Can your favorite bartender shake a perfect Daiquiri while hitting the high notes in "Bohemian Rhapsody"?

The Challenge

Bartenders have exactly one song to prep, build, shake, and garnish a world-class cocktail for our panel of judges. The catch? The mixing doesn't stop when the singing starts.

  • The Sync: Does the drink match the vibe of the track?

  • The Hustle: Can they stick the garnish before the final chord fades?

  • The Showmanship: How do you double-strain while nailing a bridge?

Why You Can’t Miss This:

  • For the Enthusiasts: This is the most entertaining way to see Seattle’s best bartenders in their element—and out of their comfort zone. It’s loud, it’s hilarious, and the energy is infectious. Come root for your favorite local hero and witness the most creative "theatre" in the city.

  • For the Industry: It’s time to blow off some steam and show the city that we do more than just pour—we perform. Whether you’re competing for the crown or heckling from the front row with a drink in hand, this is our night.

  • The Venue: Experience the brand-new SCW hub at Pacific Place. With more room, better views, and acoustics that will make every "Mic Drop" moment feel legendary.

Will they finish the drink? Will they crack under the pressure? Or will they serve up a standing ovation?
