Join Garrison Brothers' Night Time Distiller Samantha Olvera for a speakeasy dedicated to the history and evolution of the greatest whiskey in the world: bourbon.

Samantha will be teaching you everything you need to properly nose, sip, and savor a glass of the finest, as she takes you through the tale of how Garrison Brothers became the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas. You will be sampling some of their finest bourbon including Small Batch, HoneyDew, Single Barrel and Balmorhea.

This session will include 4 tastings and will require 4 tasting tickets. You can find the speakeasy at the end of the Whiskey Area in the Ex Hall. The session size is limited on a first come basis and will take place at 3:30pm. Please show up at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
