FAQs

I can’t find my tickets, can you resend them?

Your tickets would have been issued through our ticketing system, Universe.com. The easiest way to locate them is to search your email for Universe.com. If you cannot locate them in your email, please reach out to us at boxoffice@teamgillywagon.com. We will need the name and email that the tickets were purchased under to look them up and re-issue them for you.

How can my brand participate?

There are a ton of ways that brands can participate this year! You can join us for the Carnival of Cocktails with your own spot, speakeasy session, music stage sponsorship and so much more! If you are interested in participating, please reach out to us at hello@teamgillywagon.com.

Is there re-entry to the event?

Yes! This year the Carnival of Cocktails takes place in two different buildings at Seattle Center, so there will be re-entry into both buildings.

Will there be food?

Yes! We will have plenty of food trucks outside.

Can I bring in outside food?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food. No outside drinks are allowed into either building.

Can I buy additional tasting tickets?

Yes! When you run out of tasting tickets, you can purchase more at the ticket counter.

Are Designated Driver tickets available?

We absolutely encourage you to have a designated driver or use public transportation for the event. If you have a Designated Driver within your group they can turn their tasting tickets in for a food truck voucher and there will be plenty of zero-proof options for them to enjoy.

Can I buy the products I try?

Yes! The Bottle Shop is back this year with limited stock, so be sure to order your favorites while you still can.

How can I plan which vendors to visit?

In the Seattle Cocktail Week app! The app includes a map of all of our vendors, and what products they have brought to try.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is paid street parking all around Seattle Center as well as several paid parking lots and garages. That said, please do not drink and drive.

Can I bring my child with me?

No. This is a 21+ event. This means that everyone inside the event must be 21 or over. While we know you wouldn’t feed booze to a baby this includes infants and small underage humans. This is the law of the WSLCB.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs but only registered service animals are allowed inside the event venue. However, if you miss your pup, there will be a K9 Cocktail Lounge with Motley Zoo Animal Rescue and Tito’s Handmade Vodka in the Center Ring.

What should I wear?

Shirt and shoes, but after that whatever you want!

Is the space ADA accessible?

Yes!

Are tickets refundable?

Our official policy is that all ticket sales are final. When you book a ticket for one of our events we reserve that spot for you. For this reason, tickets are not refundable. However, tickets are transferable through Universe.com so you can transfer them to a friend.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes!

Do I need to bring cash?

No, anything you need to buy, you can purchase with a card.

Will there be merchandise available for sale?

Yes! We will have a limited supply of Seattle Cocktail Week merchandise to purchase. We do encourage you to pre-order your merchandise when you purchase your tickets to ensure you get the size and style you want.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! We love our volunteers and volunteering comes with some sweet perks! More information on volunteering.

I can’t make my volunteer shift.

We understand that sometimes things come up. If you can’t make it to your scheduled volunteer shift please reach out to hello@healthybehindthebar.org and we will take you off of the schedule.

I don’t know when my volunteer shift is.

You will be able to look up your volunteer shifts by searching for emails from Universe.com in your email inbox. If you are unable to find it, email hello@healthybehindthebar.org.

Is there a smoking area?

Smoking can be done outside in the designated smoking area.
