For Seattle Cocktail Week 2026, we’re taking over all four floors of Pacific Place Mall and transforming it into a full-scale, multi-level cocktail playground. This isn’t just a tasting. This is the moment Seattle Cocktail Week builds toward. This is Carnival of Cocktails.
When doors open, you’ll step into a world packed with hundreds of spirits, from local emerging favorites to global heavy-hitters. Your ticket gets you 12 tasting tokens to build your own adventure - mini cocktails, neat pours, unexpected creations, and the chance to try something new at every turn. And yes… you can always buy more tokens if you want to keep exploring.
But this year? Cocktails are just the beginning.
Across four stories of the mall, you’ll find live entertainment, interactive games, surprise pop-ups, music, and hidden experiences tucked into places you’ve never seen before. And behind the bars, you’ll recognize faces: some of your favorite Seattle bartenders, mixing, shaking, and showing off why this city is one of the most creative cocktail destinations in the country.

This year is the biggest Carnival of Cocktails we’ve ever produced AND tickets will cost less than previous years.
