Join the Bently Heritage team at Gold Bar for an evening of cocktails. Bently Heritage is an estate distillery that grows their own grains their own land. On their Sierra ranchland near Tahoe, they sustainably grow and harvest winter rye, wheat, oats, barley, and corn before malting it in-house.

The Bently Heritage hundred-year-old flour mill sits proudly on the National Register of Historic Places. Once the largest operating mill in the Tahoe area, today it has been restored to modern LEED Gold-certified standards. The mill once again processes grain — only this time to create some of the finest spirits in the world.
