Connor Welsh is a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for cocktails, spirits, and the business of running a great bar. With years of experience on both sides of the industry—behind the bar and in distribution—he has developed a deep understanding of what makes a beverage program successful. As the former bar manager at The Rosecomb, Connor worked closely with bartenders, managers, and reps to create profitable, well-balanced menus and efficient operations.
Now, as the product manager at Spec, he helps bars and restaurants streamline inventory, costing, and training, leveraging technology to make back-of-house operations as smooth as the drinks served up front.
When he's not working on tech solutions for bars, you can find Connor reading about history, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying a great record—probably D’Angelo’s Voodoo.
