Mohammed can call himself an enthusiastic social butterfly who believes nothing is impossible. Inspired by “geeking out” and innovation, he is always looking for the next breakthrough and aspires to work with a team to create innovative international solutions in the hospitality space. A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, he has traveled the world as a Pastry Chef, Restaurant and bar Manager, and Beverage Director, spending the majority of his career in the San Francisco market. A self-described “sponge learner,” he feels the “sky's the limit” when it comes to knowledge, and he enjoys teaching his customers and coworkers as much as he loves learning from them in return. He has earned a General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, WSET Level 3 in Spirits, a Certificate in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
